Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 30 % cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up to their appointment without any notice will be charged 100 % of the service total. No-shows will also be permanently removed from the booking system and will not be allowed to schedule future appointments. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows appointment times to be respected and used efficiently. Thank you for your understanding.
